Outreach Programs

Summit Rehabilitation and Wellness Center believes in networking with the community to more effectively deliver our core services, physical rehabilitation. We continue to develop partnerships with schools, fitness centers and athletic groups. Also, we provide fitness training, sports performance training, work rehabilitation and wellness programs. Summit Rehabilitation and Wellness Center sponsors athletic events, athletic groups, and scholastic programs. Members of our staff provide lectures, clinics and injury evaluations to individuals and groups.

Sunflowers to Roses – Summit Rehabilitation and Wellness Center participates on the board for the Sunflowers to Roses (S2R) organization. S2R is a
 

non-profit organization providing cancer awareness resources and support to affiliated groups in the Kansas City area. 

Summit Rehab and Wellness Center Sponsors

Jackson County Triathlon – We support and sponsor the annual Jackson County Triathlon held annually in Lee’s Summit. Eight hundred athletes participate during this popular event.

Heartland Sports Promotions – Our Rehabilitation and Wellness Center supports local and regional mountain bike cross-country events.

BikeSource – We work with BikeSource to better provide the needs of mutisport and cycling enthusiasts and athletes.

 

Summit Fitness – Our partnership with Summit Fitness allows us both to help provide health and fitness services to more members of our community, helping more people to…. Live Well.

Partners In Education – Summit Rehabilitation and Wellness Center has partnered with the Lee’s Summit School District to serve as an area business resource for the school districts students and staff.

Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce -  Summit Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is an active member with the Chamber, participating on committees to help serve our community.
